Responsabilidades e atribuições
The main source of communication with the customers, the Customer Service Analyst is a key part of the commercial activities in the USA.
Being the voice of the customer inside Nexa, it is expected that the person in charge will be able to address the daily challenges in the most efficient and effective way between all stakeholders while performing all administrative tasks with high accuracy and awareness.
Responsibilities and Challenges
- Handle daily activities to ensure the USA customers' contracts execution, with a constant interface between: customers, traders, operations in South America, planning, logistics, and finance department;
- Back office activities related to the sales and logistics process as (but are not limited to): Billing, planning, organizing logistics operations, tracking, cash collection, administrative tasks, documentation handling, controls/reports, and other ad-hoc analysis and processes.
Requisitos e qualificações
Needed Qualifications
- Knowledge of Office package
- SAP Knowledge (desirable)
- Team player with good communications skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
- Resilience to work in an offshore branch office, with different time zone from Adm HQ in which constant alignment is required.
- Ready to adapt to international practices.
- Not resistant to changes and attentive to innovation.
- Conciliate the regular routine activities with improvement projects, looking not only to the USA part of the chain, but the Global structure as well.
